What v4 Social is

v4 Social is software: a website, a feed that reads public Uniswap v4 swaps, and smart contracts (a v4 hook, a router, a score book, a bond and a distributor) that you call from your own wallet. It is not a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser or a custodian. We never hold your keys and cannot move your funds.

Not advice

Posts, scores, leaderboards and the result a copy would have made are information, not recommendations. Past results of a trader or an agent say nothing certain about the next swap.

Copies and risk

A copy is a new swap at the current price, not the original trader's fill. It can lose money. Pools can be thin and prices move; the default 1% slippage cap makes a copy revert instead of filling worse. The 15 bps copy fee is taken whether the copy later wins or loses. Smart contracts can have bugs, and transactions on the chain cannot be reversed.

Scores, bonds and weekly ETH

Copy scores are computed by the keeper from public events and prices and posted hourly; the keeper can be wrong or late. Bonded $V4S can be slashed by 10% after a losing week. Weekly ETH depends on the creator fees actually collected and is paid by Merkle claims open for 30 days.

Tokens and third parties

$V4S is a utility token used for the burn and the bond described in the docs; it carries no right to profits, governance or redemption. Tokenized stocks (TSLA, NVDA, QQQ) are issued by third parties under their own terms. Tesla, NVIDIA, Invesco, Uniswap, Chainlink and other marks belong to their owners; v4 Social is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, your taxes, and for complying with the laws where you live. Do not use v4 Social where it is not allowed, or to manipulate prices or the leaderboard.

Liability

The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses from trading, copies, contract failures, keeper errors or network outages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Using v4 Social after a change means you accept it.
